Fisheries experience in Nishi-Shakotan! Sakazuki Terrace Sea House “Sea urchin peeling experience”

[Experience and meal contents] [ Meet at 11:00 AM] (There is a free private parking lot for private cars.) ↓ A simple lecture (5 minutes) about the ecology of sea urchins, etc., given by an outdoor and food guide. [Sea urchin cracking experience - 3 pieces per person] Struggling under the guidance of a guide? Please enjoy it. (About 25 minutes) *You will get almost half of the amount in the bowl (about 40 grams)! ) ↓ Take a break for a while. Enjoy a walk around the beautiful Bentenjima Island by yourself. (about 20 minutes) ↓ Enjoy lunch with our signature seafood bowl. (Enjoy the sea urchin that you split yourself.) The menu is ① Sea urchin sashimi from 3 sea urchins that you peeled yourself . ②Seafood bowl (Please choose one from the following two types.) ・Regular plan → 9 regular seafood specials ・Upgrade plan → For an additional 2,200 yen, change to sea urchin bowl (large 100g). (For customers who only want to eat sea urchin) ④Hamajiru (or Arajiru) + small bowl ↓ After the meal, you can leave for free activities at any time. Sea kayaking and SUP experiences are also available separately. ↓ Please be careful when returning home around 13:00.
